upper intestine(샘창자)에서 chyme의 acidity나 지방, 탄수화물들에 대해 반응하여 분비되는 호르몬으로 위의 운동과 secretion을 억제한다. CCK(cholecystokinin), GIP(gastric inhibitory peptide), Secretin이 포함된다.
